The updates in this release focus on:

1. The new implemented Dashboard App in the Acquittals Dashboard. This is available to all Funded Organisation users.

   

2. A warning note is added to remind Supplier Administrators to perform some checks BEFORE removing a role from a user.

   This helps minimise the number of work items Work Item is known by many names ... report, acquittal, form, work order. which are unable to be delegated (reassigned).

   Warning BEFORE removing a role permission:

   1. ENSURE the user has NO assigned work item/s. Refer to the Dashboard app's Work Item tab.

      If there are assigned work item/s:

      • use the Dashboard's Delegate tab and reassign the work item/s to another user with the required role permission

   2. REPLACE the user in the contract's assignment details - refer to Allocate Assignment Details.
